Shipping and Returns

Shipping to your home

We use the postal service with tracking number that you will be able to follow yourself through the CORREOS website. The shipping cost depends on where you are:

  • Peninsula: 6,99 € or Free on orders over 100 €!

  • Balearic Islands: 10 €. Estimated delivery time: between 4 and 5 working days.

  • Canary Islands: 15 €. Estimated delivery time: between 4 and 5 working days.

Please note that shipments may take a little longer than usual at special times (such as Christmas).

Store pickup – no shipping charges

If you prefer to avoid shipping costs, you can pick up your order at our store in the Gracia neighborhood (Barcelona), during business hours:
Monday to Saturday, from 10.30 to 20:30 at Astúries Street 7, 08012 Barcelona.

Place your order online and we will prepare it with care. When you receive the email with your order ready for pick up, you can pick it up, it’s that easy!

 

Returns

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we give you a period of 15 working days from receipt of the order to notify the return, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

  • Defective garment: in this case the exact price that the person paid will be refunded. The procedure to follow is as follows: send us an email to shop@japamalaandfriends.com, putting in the subject line EXCHANGE – DEFECTIVE GARMENT, and we will reply with the information you need to make the return correctly.
  • Change of size, article or return: If you want to change your order for another size or article, please write to us putting CHANGE – SIZE/ITEM/ RETURN in the subject and we will send you by email a discount code for the value of the product to return so that you can use it in the new purchase. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, both of the return and the new shipment of the garment, in case you want to change it for another size.

We reserve the right to refuse the return if the returned product is damaged or used.

To refund your money, we must first receive the package back and once we have checked that everything is in its original packaging, properly labeled and in perfect condition.
It is therefore important that you are sure of your choice when buying online.

We are responsible for payment of return shipping in the event that we ourselves have made a mistake in the product or it has a defect that we have overlooked.

Please note that no returns will be accepted for products in the Outlet section. Thank you!
