Shipping to your home
We use the certified mail service with a tracking number that you yourself can follow through the CORREOS page. The cost is € 6 and free if your order is greater than € 100. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, it takes between 4 to 5 business days and the cost is € 10. For the Canary Islands the cost is € 15 and it takes 4 to 5 days. Sometimes it may take longer than usual for special dates (like Christmas).
Pick up in store – no shipping costs
If you want to avoid shipping costs, come to pick up your order at our store in Gracia (Barcelona) during business hours (11-14h and 17-20h). We are at Torrent de l’Olla 143. Make your order online and we will prepare it. When you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can go for it.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we give you a period of 7 working days from receipt of the order to notify the return, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
- Defective garment: in that case the exact price that the person paid is returned. The procedure to follow is as follows: send us an email to email@example.com, putting in the subject CHANGE – DEFECTIVE GARMENT, and we will answer you with the information you need to make the return correctly.
- Change of size, item or return: If you want to change your order for another size or item, write to us by putting CHANGE – SIZE / ATRICLE / RETURN in the subject line and we will send you a discount code for the value of the product to be returned by mail so that you can use it in the new purchase. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, both for the return and the new shipment of the garment, in the case of wanting to change it for another size.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product is damaged or used. To return the money, we must first receive the package back and once we have verified that everything is in its original packaging, properly labeled and in perfect condition.
For this reason, it is important that you are sure of your choice when buying online. We are responsible for paying for return shipping in the event that we made a mistake with the product ourselves or it has a defect that we have overlooked.
Keep in mind that returns of products from the Outlet section will not be accepted. Thanks!
